mistakes from occurring, we

production up to shipment of
products ordered, by monitoring
on the quality of your
production. Regular, Independent
monitoring of a product during
manufacturing is one way of
helping to guarantee that
specified standards are met a
crucial importance between you
and your business partner.
Initial
Production Checking (IPC)
In order to check
quality of production at the
start of production. By IPC,
basic deviations from reference
samples and/or specifications
can be detected and corrected at
the early stage which can save
expenses of producing defective
goods and rework time.
During
Production Checking (DUPRO)
To ascertain
production is in conformity with
the samples approved by the
foreign buyer during production
stage. By DUPRO, subsequent
difficulties and additional
production delays can be
avoided.
Final
Random Inspection (FRI)
TO check the final
conformity of the consignment to
the foreign buyer’s requirements
prior to shipment. By FRI, you
can approve your foreign buyer
that the quality of your
production is in conformity with
his order, which will protect
you against any subsequent
quality claims.
Loading
Supervision (LS)
It is a visual
checking to witness loading of
inspected consignment and
sealing of container with SGS
container lock seal. By LS, you
can prove your buyer that the
required numbers of cartons have
been actually shipped which can
protect you against quantity
claim.
CDV
Inspection
Inspection
certificate ensures you to
approve Mexican Authorities that
declared goods inspected are in
compliance with the directive
establishing “The country of
origin rule for determining the
country of origin of imported
goods subject to anti-dumping
and countervailing duties” of
the Ministry of Commerce and
Industrial Development, as
regards the correct origin.
